H311 by GNG Entertainment
H311 is the latest attraction from the team at GNG Entertainment and opened for 4 nights at Barnsley Electric Theatre. Themed around a new wonder drug, the attraction boasts fast paced hard core music and colourful imagery to create the ultimate "bad trip experience"
From the outset, we were informed that we were the new test subjects for a new drug designed to eradicate all fears, and like most drug experiences - we may experience some side effects! The attraction started quite serenely but very soon we were submerged into a massive mind trip featuring all kinds of surreal and ‘trippy’ characters.
The characters throughout the attraction were extremely random and larger than life which complimented the theme greatly. The lack of narrative throughout the maze made the idea of being on a mind trip all more believable and actually quite enjoyable. From raving giraffes dressed in suits, a disgruntled grandma and sexually frustrated gorillas, H311 really did create a sense of confusion and panic with a mix of well timed impact scares along with unnerving scenes with outspoken characters throughout!
GNG have created a rather unique experience. The use of bright colourful lighting and hard core rave music are not commonly known in scare attractions. However with an imaginative back story and great use of characters, GNG have delivered a quality fun attraction with a twist. Our only concern now - is if the trip is this good - how will we ever come down?

Another 'one of a kind' scare attraction from GNG Entertainment. At the entrance to the attraction I was told that a new drug was being tested and is meant to enhance your club life experience to a whole new and fun filled level but however they were experiencing a little side affect. The side affect is said to be that of severe hallucinations that apparently gets worse as the music gets faster with the beats. But being that I was a willing volunteer and not one to pass up a free shot (though it turned out to be non alcoholic) I took the drug and in I went to what seemingly is a nice hardcore music filled club. After enjoying a little boogie I did indeed starts to see some very very strange things. I won't go into what I saw in detail so as not to spoil the attraction BUT I may say GNG Entertainment did an excellent job of enhancing both my fun side and my fears. However I can now officially say I have enjoyed d ancing with a gigantic gorilla, been chased down by various other weirdos that funny enough you do see in clubs and finally been force fed some... well... stuff from an old batty ladies bed pan! Ugh! what will you experience..?
Visited H311 today and thought it was great. A well thought out maze, and unique in the way it's done. I have never seen anything like it before! Excellent value for money too. I loved the way it had been thought out and being able to go around it in your own group rather than with lots of other people. The interaction between actors and us was really good as well if not a little freaky at times!! Would love to see more of this type of maze I think it could be progressed from this to a whole new thing. Fantastic work guys :) Amanda & Ryan
I visited this attraction tonight and I was amazed as soon as I walked through the door. The layout and concept was thought out extremely well and the actors were fantastic! However, I do have one criticism. Upon entering the maze itself and maneuvering past a fantastic life like doll, and what I can only pressume was a clown on acid, who was my favorite, I saw a glimpse of someone glaring through the corner at me laughing. This was the only thing that bothered me. However, GNG did a fantastic job, and I shall be following further attractions in the future! Great work guys!
