Nerve Klinik - Break Escape
Break Escape's Nerve Klinik was the teams next escape room to visit. Our friendly host walked us through the building where we saw smiling groups and other hosts. The smiles soon stopped once we were taken to a dark and dingy corridor where our host's interaction turned dark and unsettling.
He told us that we were here to help find our friend Sarah who has been missing since she was involved in an experiment created by Dr Greuber. We were to enter the Dr's clinic to try and find out where Sarah was and to find any clues relating to her disappearance.
Reluctantly entering the clinic, it was immediately evident that Dr Greuber's experiments were not ones we wanted to be involved in. He did not want us in his clinic and we needed to get out quickly. The room was dark and disturbing, meaning that our group huddled together trying to solve clues and puzzles. We soon realised that to escape we would need to separate to complete different elements of the room.
We were also joined by other patients of Dr Greuber, who scared us from all directions. The host's separated the group on occasions for long periods of time meaning that certain members could only hear the terror and screams happening in another room. With all the distractions and mayhem within the room, we struggled to remain focused on the creative puzzles.
We did however just about manage to complete them and escape the room with only 17 seconds to spare! This room created such a panic and unease from the incredible theming and the host's skills to terrify us constantly! ScareTOUR highly recommend this room and we look forward to revisiting Break Escape again soon!
