Scary - Have you ever wanted to walk through pitch dark woods being pounced on by a variety of scary creatures ? Then this is the event for you !
Once your tickets have been scanned, you are given a wristband then batched in to groups of about 12, then it’s off into the woods.There are marshals on the trail, but they don’t spoil the experience in any way.
There are lights and tape to keep you going in the right direction because it’s very easy to get lost.
The actors are lively with good makeup and costume. Some are in groups and use good distraction scares, audio and lighting to keep you on your toes. Some actors are alone, hiding behind trees in the dark ! 10 minutes in and a young child in our group had to quit.The trail is around 45 minutes long and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We are hardened scare event goers but still got plenty of scares. It really is like being in a horror film !
We will be returning next year. 10/10 for atmosphere and at £10 for adults it’s an absolute bargain.
